Requests that arrive between 9:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday, get a written quote within two hours. Travel is included within 15 km of the Kyiv city centre and quoted per kilometre beyond that.
The package price is fixed in UAH in that quote and stays the same on site. No line is added after the inspection begins, and the visit is scheduled at the seller's location.
The dossier reaches your email within three hours of the visit ending: measured engine readings, panel paint depth, electronic system faults, and photographs of visible defects.
