2. Quotes, payment, area
Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing; prices, terms and complaint contacts are shown before you contract, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Consumer Protection', Article 15. Fees are payable as stated in the confirmed quote. We inspect in Kyiv and the agreed area; travel beyond it may add a charge, disclosed before confirmation.
3. Scope, your duties, liability
An inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment; we do not dismantle parts, guarantee future condition or replace a statutory roadworthiness test. You provide safe access, accurate details, keys and documents. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Our liability is limited to the fee paid, except where the law does not permit limitation.
4. Complaints
Send claims to contact@blotgner.com or +380 982 836 9265; we reply within 10 business days. Your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 'On Consumer Protection' are unaffected.
